Join us for our NC Countdown to College (C2C) 2024 Kickoff! We'll offer a lot of helpful information, and attendees will earn 0.15 CEUs. Our agenda includes:
- Celebrating C2C and College Application Week (CAW) victories from 2023
- Highlighting our American College Application Campaign winning high school from 2023 (White Oak High School in Jacksonville)
- A few pertinent updates from CFNC
- Ways we are hoping to engage students all throughout October
- Yearlong C2C efforts

Utilizing ProTools will be the second in a series of virtual programming in September as part of NC C2C Education Professionals Month. Attendees will earn 0.15 CEUs and can expect to hear about the following:
- ProTools account creation and access
- Administrator account resources
- Running reports for C2C & CAW
- ProTools updates
- Q&A
Top 3 Student FAQs Encountered During CAW
Sept. 11, 2-3:30 p.m.
Students frequently come to you asking questions during C2C and CAW, so let's get those questions answered! We'll give you accessible resources to assist with the top three student questions. Attendees will receive 0.15 CEUs.

We know you have a few FAQs, too, so let's get those questions answered! We'll provide accessible resources to assist with the top three questions asked by education professionals. Attendees will receive 0.15 CEUs.

Understanding Financial Aid for Middle-Income Families
Sept. 19, 2-3:30 p.m.
Join us for our last NC C2C Education Professionals Month program this year to learn about ways middle-income families pay for postsecondary education. We hope this "train the trainer" program helps you assist your families as they approach applying for financial aid in the coming weeks. Attendees will earn 0.15 CEUs.
Understanding Residency Determination Service
October 2, 10 - 11:30 a.m.
NC Residency Determination Service (RDS) plays a significant role in the college admissions process and with C2C. Let's discuss the basics, important updates, and how to encourage your families to complete it prior to CAW. Attendees will receive 0.15 CEUs.
